Photography is my passion. This is a visual form of expression that for me has the ability to explore and explode all the possibilities of art. My goal with this medium is to strengthen and synthesize the mind and body as one that will achieve my aspiration of art.
I affirm that the mind creates and the body reproduces. I believe that art objects are reproductions of the imagining of the mind. The body is used to materialize ideas and emotions. I use reproduction as a matrix for illusion and disillusion to construct a strange attracting force in which a seduced reality will be able to spontaneously feed upon it.
When I work with my mind, I am reminded that it is reasoning while the body is creating. I begin the photographic process by logically choosing a shot with a lot of thought. Then, I shift from reason and go to creation and release the thought process to give birth to a design with my camera. Sometimes there is a battle between the two, almost a war and I am caught in the middle! When balance and harmony are achieved, I am creating a photograph with a sense of excitement and art is happening! I am dedicated to the journey of exposing superior imagery with the camera that will stop the viewer in their tracks.
