What is the String Ensemble, Jazz Combo
Permian Basin Tuba Quartet, and Vocal Ensemble?
These ensembles are smaller groups that perform concerts each semester and offer members a wide variety of repertoire and experience. Most rehearsals take place on Tuesday evenings, however, some ensembles are flexible.

The Chamber Strings is a group of advanced violin, viola, cello, and bass players performing small ensemble works, such as trios, quartets, and duets.

The Vocal Ensemble is a group of advanced singers performing Broadway and other musical theatre selections.

The Percussion Ensemble is a group of students that currently play a percussion instrument AND those desiring to learn a bit about percussion.

The Guitar Ensemble is a group of students major in guitar AND those just learning how to play.
Meets Thursdays at 7pm in MUSH
The Jazz Combo is a group of students learning to perform using Real Books.

The Low Brass Ensemble is a group of students desiring to play their trombone, euphonium, or tuba in a small group setting.
If you would like to join an ensemble, please don’t hesitate to contact the ensemble’s director! Anyone interested, please just contact me by telephone or e-mail, register for the course, or simply show up at a rehearsal (if you're not a student).
