Energy Dispersive - X-Ray Fluoresence

The new ED-XRF instrument for the elemental analysis of a variety of samples particularly for high concentrations and thus complements the ICP-MS which must use very dilute solutions. Sample grinding and pellet press ancillary equipment were also obtained.
