The UTPB ACM Computer Club

 Welcome to our web page!

Our computer club is also called the Permian Basin Student chapter of the Associate for Computing Machinery, also known as ACM. ACM is a non-profit scientific and educational society of computer professionals, educators, researchers and students.

Our Club is organized and will operate exclusively for educational and scientific purpose and, in furtherance thereof, specific objects are:

• To promote an increased knowledge of and greater interest in the science, design, development, construction, languages, management, and applications of modern computing machinery.

• To promote greater interest in computing machinery and its applications.

• To provide a means of communication between persons having an interest in computing.
