About Us

Welcome to the Department of
Science & Mathematics

The Department of Biology conducts research, teaching, and service in many areas of Biology. Within the department, a graduate degree (Master of Science)  is offered. We offer opportunities for undergraduate students to pursue research that provide financial incentives ranging from tuition scholarships to paid positions. Financial support for undergraduate research is available to some students via the Louis Stokes Allaince fo rMinority Participation (LSAMP)
